Disconnected

This QuickBooks Online company is no longer connected to Fuel The Fire LLC. Nothing further will be read from your books.

What happened when you disconnected

• Intuit revoked the tokens we held for your company. They stop working immediately.
• We revoke and delete our stored copy of the access and refresh tokens for that company. Encrypted token material is removed from the database, not just flagged.
• Any accounting data your application had already copied is handled under the deletion terms in the privacy policy. Ask us to purge it and we will, in writing, within 30 days.

Disconnecting on purpose

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a company admin.
2. Open the Apps menu, then My Apps (app.qbo.intuit.com).
3. Find the Fuel The Fire LLC application and choose Disconnect.

You can also just email us and we will revoke it from our side. Either route ends the connection.

Reconnecting

Connections are invite-only, so reconnecting means asking us for a fresh one-time code. Email contact@fuelthefirellc.com, we will send a new code, and you start again from the connect page. Old codes are dead and cannot be revived.
